Products

All products are designed inhouse. If you choose to make amendments to the original design and you are not happy once the item arrives, then it will be down to you return it back to us, including postage charge. It is advised that you request 'Proofs' when making changes to your personalised items.
Due to the printing process, occasionally tiny black speckles can be seen on tickets. This is through no fault of our own and unfortunately is out of our control. We do our best to eliminate this as much as we can.
It is down to you to ensure all information that is required, is correct. If your item arrives and it is not then a refund will not be provided.

Delivery

All orders are shipped out same day if ordered before 1pm, and the next day if ordered after. Multiple delivery options are available should you require your item urgently. 
Our standard delivery is Royal Mail 2nd Class which can take 2-3 working days to arrive (possibly longer during holiday periods) so please keep this in mind when ordering.
We have no control over orders once they are shipped but we will do our very best to resolve the situation.

Refunds

In the unlikely event that you need to return your item due to a mistake made on our side then we will cover full postage cost and have a replacement sent out to you as soon as possible via 1st class. If this item is no longer required, then a full refund will be issued. 
Refunds are not accepted if incorrect information has been provided, however please contact us to discuss further.
